A number of masterplan options have been developed, reviewed and tested against market analysis and trends to reflect the business plans and future visions (aka “The Big Picture”) of HOCO Entertainment & Resorts for this 34-acre site located in the heart of the entertainment district in Niagara Falls, Canada. In a city which receives 14 million visitors/year, this high-profile location sits adjacent to the Falls and is flanked between Fallsview Casino and Casino Niagara.

Explorations for this parcel of land have included a Titanic museum attraction, a 294-room/28-floor resort hotel with an indoor/outdoor waterpark and a program with ride attractions. Projects which have been implemented within this site include: Niagara SkyWheel, Niagara Speedway, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Zombie Attack, Dinosaur Adventure Golf, Wizard’s Golf, XD Theatre, The Great Canadian Midway, Concessions, Kiosks and Streetscapes.
